Quick check-in after a month of Carnivore

So, May 1st I decided to go back to a strict carnivore lifestyle, since I got pretty fat again. I weighed in at 94kg, which is a bit too much for me, and I've definitely relaxed my diet a lot.

So, after a month of (mostly) eating strictly carnivore I weighed in at 90.6kg, which is decent, and among other things my snoring overnight has gone down quite drastically too... I use Sleep app (formerly known as Sleep as Android) and it tracks overnight noises, and the trend line starts going down a few days after the switch, so there's definitely something there. I think because carnivore is an elimination diet, it removes a lot of inflammatory factors, which in turn reduces swelling around the airways, so I can breathe more easily overnight.

I've had a few cheat days, a few around my birthday and some more sprinkled around. Though, letting go of sweets was much easier this time around. Didn't really have to white-knuckle the cravings as much.

I will be continuing throughout June, so it'll be interesting to see what kind of figures I'll arrive at by the end.
