Updated the blog to Ghost v6

Now to figure out why ActivityPub does not work...

Update: Figured out ActivityPub issue... Could not run it locally because I need split DNS to run this from behind my silly domestic modem, so I ended up switching to Ghost's own AP coordinator. I'd have to deploy it on a VPS for it to work properly... And, I guess all old posts are not getting federated either...
