World carnivore month is over...

So, I've been trying to stick to the world carnivore month and only eat animal-based. It went fairly well, though I wasn't 100% consistent. Started losing some pounds closer to the end of the month, so that is good.

Things I eat:

  • Beef
  • Butter
  • Eggs
  • Milk (and other dairy products, e.g. cheese, sour cream)

Things I still eat that I shouldn't:

  • Pure butter Scottish short breads (with coffee), total vice
  • Chocolate milk, every once in a while
  • Haribo gummy bears (rarely, and I don't even know why I want them, tbh. Good for jaw muscle training though).
  • Finn Crisps rye bread, those are mostly used as a vehicle for cod liver, so that's fine.

Sticking with it ongoing, we'll see how it goes.
